Welcome to the April 21, 2011 edition of Carnival of Storytelling.
Another abbreviated carnival this week. Thanks to everyone who submitted a link at BlogCarnival.com!
No handpicked links today, because it’s Passover, and I’m behind on Character Fiction 101. I’ve decided recently that I was wrong about writer’s block. I’ve said in the past that writer’s block didn’t actually exist. Well, it does. But sometimes you have to remind yourself that it’s only a passing phase; it doesn’t define you. Because if you allow writer’s block to define you, you’ll end up teaching yourself how not to write. Sometimes, you have to take a step back, remind yourself of all your successes, and jump off from them into a new series of successes.
Enjoy!
